Contenu de la formation
  • Sequence 1: EQ-i Leadership diagnosis and debriefing (1,5h)
    • EQ-i Leadership diagnosis (emotional quotient) online
    • Individual remote debriefing with a certified trainer/coach
  • Sequence 2: Group training modules, face-to-face or distance learning (7h)
    • Module 1 – The Development Manager ; Practicing the development manager posture with your team; Distinguishing between the four stages of development: awareness, responsibility, willingness and motivation; Distinguishing between motivational levers and brakes; Detecting potential to develop individual and collective performance; Acquiring and experimenting with the GROW model.
    • Module 2 – The Manager Leader ; Identifying leadership strengths and weaknesses; Demonstrating the impact of emotional intelligence on performance; Developing the emotional skills essential to managerial posture; Leading and guiding around strategic visions.
  • Sequence 3: Digital anchoring module (1,5h)
    • Articles, support materials and a digital course to consolidate skills and strengthen leadership competencies

Objectifs pédagogiques

  • IFOD and CIE training courses offer learners lively and engaging Blended courses in a variety of modalities, centered on learners' needs and emotions. They are composed of:
  • Theoretical input provided by the trainer through training aids, which can be accompanied by videos, photos, reports, etc.
  • Practical application in the form of exercises, case studies and individual or sub-group scenarios.
  • Regular check-ups on understanding and remedial action where necessary, individually or collectively.
  • Active listening, questioning, coaching, managing, analyzing, reporting and debriefing.
  • For most of them, a digital pathway with preparatory and anchor modules available throughout the training to help you find the essential elements of the course and assess what you have learned.
